Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics
- Optimize inventory management processes and storage systems
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams on stock levels
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
- Manage vendor relationships for logistics services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with inventory control and optimization
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis
