Key Responsibilities
- Install and service automotive filtration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide training to workshop staff and technicians
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Support warranty claim investigations
- Travel to client locations for on-site service
- Stay updated on latest filtration technologies
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering
- 2–4 years of hands-on automotive service experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle filtration systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Valid driver's license
- Physical fitness for hands-on technical work
